Kaseya released their 2022 IT Operations Report. I’ve always liked this report.. and here are some highlights.
- The top three priorities are improving IT security overall (52%), increasing IT productivity through automation (33%), and migrating to the cloud (32%)
- The main three challenges are cybersecurity and data protection (49%), insufficient IT budgets and resources to meet demands (29%), and legacy systems that hamper growth and innovation (21%)
Kaseya is touting the increase in support for integration – a 4% increase from last year.
While not groundbreaking, there’s a certain consistency here.
Combine today’s data about legacy systems with yesterday’s Technology Vision perspective– well, getting RID of legacy systems and replacing them unlocks value, right?
