It might happen at the federal level – a New York congressman has put forth a federal level version.
Regulation, laws, and law enforcement do not move at the same speed as business. This takes a while.
That said, it’s the trend – there’s more and more of these styles of regulation, so you can see it coming… slowly. Very, very slowly.
